Rental Information

Pricing for Willow Creek Pavilion at The Dutch Village Restaurant

Included in all rentals

3920 Square foot covered open air pavilion with concrete flooring. Seating for guests will be provided and is included in rental fee.
Pavilion seats up to 250 guests.
Access to 15 8’ long tables, 17 6’ round tables, 250 chairs, and 7’ wood bar, to use/arrange as needed.
Restrooms- There are two fully functioning, handicapped accessible restrooms that are included with the pavilion rental.
Electricity is available onsite for catering and entertainment needs.
Wind curtains may be dropped down to protect your event from the wind or rain. Arrangements for wind curtains must be made prior to event.

Tents may be added to the surrounding grounds as needed at renter’s expense.
Children’s outdoor play areas include climbing up rock steps, sliding down slides, and adventuring through tunnels.
Lawn Games are available upon request at no extra charge: Giant Jenga, 2 corn hole sets.
Full access to our Bridal Suite which includes fully functioning bathroom, full size refrigerator with freezer, television, internet access, hair salon equipment, and queen size bed.
4 large outdoor propane heaters.
Dumpster & trash cans.
Abundant parking close to event space.

Wedding Package- (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday until 10:00am) $3,000

Non Wedding Weekday or Sunday (after 10:00am) $700
